What are credits?
Credits are the site’s single unit of usage: credits from check-ins, invites and purchases all go into one balance. Free models use no credits; Claude, GPT and other big models deduct credits at their model’s multiplier. Each model’s price is on the Models page.
How many credits does one call use?
It is counted from the visible text sent and received in that call, and the more expensive the model, the higher its multiplier. The Models page lists about how many credits one reply takes on each model.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits never expire. They go into the same balance as the credits from check-ins and invites, and you can buy again whenever they run out.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded; credits already used cannot. To ask for a refund, write to us through the contact page with the email address used for the payment.
