What happens when member credits run out?
Your normal balance is used. Every free way to collect credits, the daily check-in included, stays open to members.
How does the end date work?
Each payment gives 31 days from the moment it arrives. Ko-fi renews the membership monthly; each renewal sets the member credits back to the monthly amount and moves the end date on.
Can I cancel, or get a refund?
You can cancel on Ko-fi at any time; the membership runs to its end date. A full refund is available within 7 days of a payment if under 10% of that month's member credits were used: write to [email protected].
What if my Ko-fi email differs from my onomeo email?
The payment waits until someone signs in here with the Ko-fi email. If that is not possible, write to [email protected] and the membership is attached by hand.
